How does billing work?
Your membership bills monthly starting the day you sign up, and your included services are added to your account each billing cycle. Memberships continue month to month after you complete your 3 month commitment.
Do unused services roll over?
Yes — and this is what makes our clubs different. Unused services roll over month after month and never expire for as long as your membership is active. A busy month never costs you a session.
Can I share or transfer my membership?
Memberships are non-transferable and registered to one member — your included services and member pricing are yours alone. Gift cards and spa packages are great options for treating family and friends.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my club?
Yes — you can move up or down between clubs as your routine changes. Call us at (818) 923-5005 or ask at the front desk and we'll switch you starting your next billing cycle.
What does the 10% member discount apply to?
Everything beyond your monthly inclusions — all additional Le Rêve salon and spa services, all Awaken Wellness and Recovery services, and retail products. It's unlimited, every visit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — after the 3 month lock in period, and you can cancel before any billing date. One important thing to know: any unused rolled-over services are forfeited when your membership ends.
